As the Contract Manager for the Caldwell Realty Group, I act as the administrative and organizational liaison between all parties involved --buyers, sellers, lenders, title reps, agents, etc. I work closely with the team to make sure your experience is 'smooth sailing' from the day you have an accepted offer to the day of your closing. By providing guidance and and support throughout the 30-60 day process we will make certain your are going to 'Love Moving'.
I'm also a licensed agent and work with buyers to find their dream home. Whether you are searching for your first home, looking for a fixer-upper, or your next investment, I will be persistent in your quest to find just the right one for you.
